If you're running late because you hit the snooze button this morning, don't worry. You're not the only lazy bastard out there.
According to a new survey, more than HALF of us hit the snooze button on our alarm clock at least once a week . . . even though a few extra minutes of sleep have basically NO effect on how well-rested you feel.
And hitting snooze doesn't just make you rush. According to the poll, a lot of people are missing out on some pretty important things because of it.
50% of the people who said they regularly hit the snooze button admitted they sometimes have to skip BREAKFAST because of it. And 40% said it's made them skip a morning workout.
But this might be the worst one. 25% of regular snoozers said it sometimes causes them to miss out on quality time with their FAMILY in the morning.
In other words, hitting the snooze button makes you a hungry, weak, terrible parent. (PR Newswire)
